Our consulting services are always free of charge. Once you have decided to electrically automate a valve, you can delegate the resolution of the subsequent problems to us.
The comprehensive transfer of information about the operating conditions of the electric actuators is the basis for appropriate advice. Your information gathering should primarily relate to torque, duty cycle, environmental conditions (e.g. vibration, temperature, running times, etc.).
Please feel free to contact us if you have any commercial (e.g. comparability of offers) or legal (e.g. customer protection) questions. This way you can avoid follow-up costs and create more transparency.
ProductsMechanical adaptation
We can adapt our actuators to the valves and requirements you provide. In the last 50 years there has not been a valve to which our products could not be mechanically adapted. We manufacture the necessary structural parts ourselves.
During structural and functional tests carried out by our workshop, it is ensured that the torque level and behavior of the valve are empirically tested.
The mechanical adaptation is prepared serially in accordance with DIN ISO 5211 with a bolt circle for the flange connection and in the variants square, double or shaft/key on the electric actuator.
ProductsElectrical adaptation
TA Actuators have an integrated serial control with built-in limit position and feedback switches as well as the components required for operation such as rotation direction switching relays and electrical overload protection.
TA Roloff also implements adaptation to customer-specific environments and interfaces with all necessary modifications in terms of circuitry, components, power supply, data bus application, position feedback, etc. Of course, we offer a fitter service for the electrical connection of the products on site.
Productsrepair
TA actuators are maintenance-free and backwards compatible. Defects that occur even after decades of use can almost always be remedied by replacing the defective assembly. Factors influencing product lifespan include switching frequency or external factors such as vibrations or a corrosive environment. Whether in our workshop or on site, repairs promote sustainability and conserve resources. The costs are usually only a fraction of a new order. We stock spare parts for the long term and repair with experience.
With the information from the TA nameplate, we can find every actuator ever delivered in our product documentation and also instruct external repair companies for repairs.
